Situated in the heart of London's vibrant Greenwich within a few minutes walk of the Cutty Sark. We acquired various leaseholds within this former bank building over a number of years along with the buildings freehold. Planning was achieved in 2026 for conversion to 9 residential units and the construction of a new enlarged penthouse unit. The building was subsequently sold with the benefit of this planning consent.
The origins of Criterion Group began in London's East End in 1998. Having recognised the area's potential we began purchasing significant numbers of rental properties. Whilst today most of these units have been renovated and sold we still retain a modest portfolio of units comprising apartments and houses which we have owned since the early days including a unit in our very first development. We have continued to add to this portfolio with investments in South Africa and Gibraltar.

We plan to establish 100Ha of avacado orchards.
Koopak
Tertia Farm Pty has partnered with it's neighbour Protea Farm to jointly aquire Koopak. Koopak is an established sorting and packing facility specialising in stone fruit. It is the only such facility in the Koo Valley.
This aquisition ensures both farms have a guaranteed capacity to rapidly pack and export the high quality plums and apricots that they grow. When operating at full capacity over 50 staff are employed by Koopak providing much needed jobs in the local Koo Valley and wider Montagu communities
